The start of the Modi Era

22 May,2013.

Just recently, the country has got its new government in the face of BJP led NDA. The leader MR. Modi has impressed people, even me a lot. There are some things that he says and they do deliver their impact. Many of his interviews have I watched. and, in nearly all of them, I think the answers he has for India's problems do live to the expectation of the masses. But, when it
comes to the the rallies he has done he has been able to gather a stupendous mob.
A communal RSS member with utter Hindu mind-bend has become the largest politician of the country, the elected Head of the Nation, the Prime Minister. It is clear that his approach has changed from bold and hard to soft and brisk. Once he had reacted wildly and boldly upon the 'RAJDHARMA' dose given to him by the then PM Mr. Vajpayee. And, when I compare Modi ji of that day and today, there is a lot he seems to have got.
Now the question is why has he risen to the helm with utter destruction of the opposition? Is it his speeches? May be, quite soothing. But, I consider it to be the anger in the hearts of the people to have a change, to not to hear lacs of crores of rupees scams, to have some development which Mr. Modi boasts off in Gujarat, to have a strong Government which can give serious scolding to the nuisances created by our neighbours. And, beyond these is the trust that they have got in this "56 inch chest man".

It has taken a lot of time and hard-work for the BJP to get something out of the voters. But, I wonder  if they are considering the point as to where the votes have come from and that they have in one way united the whole country. 34% of the votes from the whole country with clean sweeping and complete conquests in many states is really worth commending and is enough to showcase the trust that they have got.

But what next?
ACT and only ACT. It is the best opportunity that they have got to prove something. Introspecting can be very stabilizing for them. Though they are a national party but how many times and how much have they performed in the past? Everybody knows. So, the first priority should be to act, and deliver development, jobs, stronger rupee, strong market, better infrastructure and even if not possible, then desires for everything. The people of the country have not voted to get 'THANKS' in return, they want more than 'Roti' , 'Kapda' and 'Makaan' .The needs are increasing. Does 'Makaan' mean a 'Tirpaal' over a wall and a 'Chataai' on the ground. I think Congress considered so. At this time, I am completely in support of BJP. I commend the good works UPA did, but their bad deeds overshadowed the good.

I am ready to take the one step Mr. Modi asks for, but will he be the father to show us the way and be the captain of 125 crore Indians' ship to steer the country forward. In my opinion, estimating in advance is pretty hasty and of no use. It remains to be seen, if it is going to be another term for them in 2k19 or an end to the Modi era.
